11/24/2009 - Who Murdered Brock and Davina Husted?

Brock and Davina Husted, both 42, were stabbed to death late May 20 in their waterfront home by a man wearing a motorcycle helmet who came in through an open back door.  Both were stabbed multiple times. Davina was at least four months’ pregnant with the couple’s third child. Their children were home that night but were not hurt.

No one has been arrested in the case, but sheriff’s officials said they were making progress. Investigators do not believe the killings were random but declined to say if they had identified a possible motive or suspect, citing the ongoing investigation.

4/1/2009 - $100,000 Reward for Murderer of Mike Grair offered by Family

Mike Graer, Murder Victim

On October 10th, 2008, Mike Grair, 64, was found dead in his SUV which was parked behind a vacant building that he owned.  The building, former LA Workout, is located on the NW corner of Las Posas Rd and Lewis Rd in Camarillo, CA.  It is estimated that Mr. Grair was shot sometime between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Mr. Brair lived in Burbank, CA and owned the Crossroads Center at Las Posas Rd and Lewis Rd.  He owned and operated the Crossroads Market & Liquor store which was located within the center.  He also owned another shopping center in San Clemente.  He is survived by his wife, Mary, and their two daughters, Patricia and Tracy.

7/23/2008 - Owner Sought

     In 2007 Thousand Oaks Detectives arrested a suspect who was found to be in possession of property not his.

     The suspect would not reveal how or where he had obtained a unique piece of jewelery.
